A biennial tradition of the Open Ears Festival has been the octaphonic electroacoustic concert in the round in the rich ambience of Kitchener City Hall’s Rotunda. This year’s concert features an international array of women artists, including works by Maggie Payne, Wende Bartley, Annette Vande Gorne, Elainie Lillios and Monique Jean.
